Summary:
We are a software company currently hiring Technical Support personnel with good
verbal and written communication skills to provide telephone and e-mail support
in maintaining and testing of software applications. The job will enable the
technician to learn and work with a variety of desktop, handheld and web applications.
Specific duties will
include:
1. Telephone support
2. E-mail support
3. Software Testing
4. Maintaining Knowledge Base
5. User Training
6. Writing Manuals
7. Report Writing
Job Requirements:
1. Microsoft Windows XP, 2000, NT experience.
2. Microsoft Windows Mobile experience is a plus.
3. Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Exchange experience is a plus.
4. Networking experience.
5. Familiarity with databases, PDAs, mobile computers is a plus.
6. Experience with ASP and HTML is a plus.
7. Knowledge of Crystal Reports is a plus.
8. Bachelor’s degree with 2 years work experience.
9. Good communication skills (verbal and written).
10. Self Starter who is motivated to learn.

Perl web programmer with database experience needed. Candidate must be familiar
with object oriented standards. Candidate must have at least a BS degree and
2 years experience developing database web applications using Perl and HTML.
Familiarity or experience with any of the following is a plus but not required:
Database design, DBI/DBD, Unix, ASP.NET, C#, ADO.NET, XML, Java, C/C++, and JavaScript.
